David Elton, Ph.D.

David Elton is a professor emeritus of the University of Lethbridge, where he was a faculty member for 27 years. From 1980 to 1997, he served as President of Canada West Foundation, which is a Calgary-based public policy think tank. He continues to serve on the Boards of a number of national research and public-policy oriented organizations.

Ralph Strother, M.D.
Senior Program Officer

Ralph Strother was an Associate Professor and Adjunct Associate Professor in the Faculties of Medicine and Kinesiology at the University of Calgary for fifteen years. Ralph served on the Calgary Foundation, retiring as Board Chair in 2002. He was recently Vice President of Trout Unlimited Canada and currently serves on other non-profit Boards.

Alida White
Administrator

Alida White is an Administrative Assistant with 10+ years of administrative experience. She is also a certified Land Administrator. Alida is involved with the local 4-H Light Horse Club. She joined Max Bell Foundation in the fall of 1999.
