Summary
The goal of this project was to enhance the quality of teaching in Canadian universities. The project set out to develop the pedagogical competency of new faculty, to determine the effectiveness of pedagogical programs, to develop resources and policies to support teaching, and to begin to build a national policy and research centre dedicated to the improvement of Canadian university teaching.
