We’re delighted that Doug Brodhead is re-joining our team for a parental leave coverage that began in May and will continue through June 2026.
Doug brings a wealth of experience from his previous work with the McConnell Foundation, where he contributed to the Innoweave program, supporting community sector groups across Canada in implementing innovative social approaches. Prior to that, Doug served as a Senior Policy Advisor in several Ontario government offices, including the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, the Ministry of Northern Development and Mines and Chair of Cabinet, and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. He has also held various policy and analyst roles within the federal government at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Doug holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Studies from Queen’s University.
