Summary
This project identifies policy options to increase uptake of the Canada Learning Bond and other post-secondary education savings by low-income families. The project has two phases: researching and writing a report on the barriers to RESP uptake and possible policy solutions, and a course of advocacy work to attempt to have some of the proposed policies implemented.
