Summary
The goal of this project was to assess what the most pressing health policy issues were in 2003. It produced a comprehensive analysis of the ten most frequently mentioned health care reform issues in Canadian newspapers in the year 2003. The newspaper review was followed by a survey of decision makers and opinion leaders, to see what they identified as the most essential health care reform issues of the moment. The report produced informed the grant making of Max Bell Foundation through the subsequent five years.
