Building on earlier research, this project aims to communicate findings about preventing domestic violence to Alberta’s policy makers. Other jurisdictions have applied strategies like imposing mandatory school curriculum promoting healthy relationship development and limiting alcohol outlet density. This project aims to communicate these research findings to policy makers through face-to-face meetings, education sessions, and by developing community networks to implement policy and legislative changes.
