Summary
The goal of this project was to design an evaluation plan to assess the success of the Welcome to Kindergarten (TM) program, which helps provide parents and caregivers with the necessary materials and information to prepare at-risk youth for kindergarten. The program provides community support and early learning literacy materials to remote, aboriginal, diverse and ESL communities.
