The purpose of this project was to help the Research Center for Alternative Medicine (RCAM) develop a comprehensive business model. RCAM (later the Canadian Institute of Natural and Integrative Medicine, CINIM) conducts research to assess the effectiveness of natural and integrative therapies. Their business model focused on establishing credibility as a research center, securing long-term funding, and determining their future relationship with university research centers.
