OurCare 2.0

Primary care reform inevitably requires trade-offs, and those should be informed not only by experts and practitioners, but also by patients themselves

OurCare is a set of standards for primary care reform and a national survey on the current state of primary care. OurCare 2.0, the next phase of the project. OurCare 2.0, which will consist of an updated set of national surveys and a set of ‘bright spot’ case studies that contain actionable primary care reform recommendations. The proponent will disseminate this information to a range of federal and provincial policy makers, medical associations and organizations, influential clinical leaders, thought leaders in the primary care space and other stakeholders.
